McCain projected the winner; Dems numbers shifting

Channel 9 is calling it for McCain. There is only a 2,000-plus vote difference but they must know something that the rest of us don't know.

There is a 900 vote spread between Hillary and Obama.
According to Andy Smith, out of UNH Survey Center, these early returns are Manchester heavy numbers, since the polls close there at 7 p.m. Hillary's stronghold is Manchester [she received the endorsement of state Sen. Lou D'Alessandro] so there could be a shift in numbers as more liberal areas of the state come in.
However, Smith warns that if the numbers continue to be solid for Clinton, it means that they had a superior GOTV operation. They were able to ID their voters and get them out to vote.
I can tell you that despite telling the Clinton campaign on numerous occasions that I was not a supporter, they continued to call me.

Giuliani is on, obviously, conceding. He and Ron Paul are neck and neck with each other for fourth place, with a 100 vote separation. Again, these are Manchester numbers coming in, and Giuliani had a slew of Manch pols endorsing him. He should have done better here.
