John Doe No. 2 seen:
It looks like Terry Nichols may get a fair trial after all. According to World Net Daily, a witness at the trial said she saw John Doe No. 2: ["Hair stylists saw John Doe No. 2"].

Will it be Bayh?
While he is on the short list, some people think conservative Indiana Sen. Evan Bayh maybe John Kerry's VP: ["Some see Kerry-Bayh ticket"]. Bayh, who voted and supported the foolish invasion of Iraq, is a free trader and a member of the dreaded Democratic Leadership Council, the rightwing wing of the party. This would be a very bad choice.

Down in Texas:
Ralph Nader falls short getting on the ballot in Texas ... so he is suing: ["Nader Campaign Sues Texas"]. Nader will be on C-Span's "Washington Journal" tomorrow at 9 a.m.

Wanna be president?
Move to Keene: ["Reality TV"presidential candidates" to start in Keene"]. I thought about signing up but the wife nixed the idea. :-)
