McCain: Heckled but unbowed

Arizona Sen. John McCain addresses hundreds of supporters at a town hall meeting in Salem on Sunday afternoon.
Sen. John McCain continued to hold town hall meetings around the state Sunday after a strong debate performance on Saturday night. McCain stopped in at the Woodbury Middle School and spoke to wall-to-wall people in the school's gymnasium [the crowd was estimated to be close to a thousand].

Outside the McCain rally in Salem, N.H. on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, supporters of the American Friends Service Committee held these signs. Go to www.afsc.org/cost for more information about this education campaign.
