Rumor: Vote fraud at Iowa Caucus?

Update 3: I have a new update here: ["Update: Vote fraud at Iowa Caucuses"].

Update 2:
Here is some more information: The site was in eastern Iowa, not very far from the Illinois border. At about 6:30 p.m. about 60 locals had gathered to caucus on the Democratic side. Most of the people were chatting because they were acquainted with each other.

At around 6:40, about 30 African-Americans came in, mostly in a group. They provided no identification as legitimate voters in that precinct [and they weren't asked by officials either], they just signed their names to a log, often illegibly, and went in to caucus.
Obama won the precinct.
There are two significant points about this: One, no one seemed to know these people. Since this campaign worker had organized the area for one of the campaigns, this person knew that there were virtually no African-Americans living in the area. They had to have been outsiders. Since it was so close to the border, this person suspects that these voters were bused into the caucuses from Illinois.
If this occurred in each of the precincts on the eastern side of the state of Iowa, it could have skewed the results. It is easy to suspect that Iowa was probably not a solid win for Obama but a virtual three-way tie for first.

Update:
I have heard from a second person involved in one of the campaigns that this story might have some legs. I'm continuing to look into it.

I have heard secondhand from a prominent person involved in one of the Democratic campaigns that there may have been vote fraud in at least one Iowa Caucus by the Barack Obama campaign.
This person said that at the precinct this person was covering, a sudden influx of African-American voters flowed into the voting area. This person called the precinct, an essentially white precinct. There were more African-Americans at the Caucus than there are living in the precinct, the person says.
Also, other caucus voters did not know the voters and the African-American voters kept to themselves, the person said. This person suspects that these voters may have been bused in from Illinois.
Apparently at this precinct, there was no identification check or proof of residency check of the people participating. The people came in, signed their names, and that was it.
I don't know if any of this is true but I know this person to be a relatively reliable person of character, with a journalism background. I would be interested in hearing any information to back up this rumor. I also have emails out to other people I know within the campaigns to see if there is any legitimacy to the claim.

There is also 11,849 votes still missing. Heard anything about that?
